		<description>Hi Holger... following all this with great interest.  Here&#039;s a thought... might it be that the kind of person you are looking to bring on board (virtually) may not be listed on Monster. They are pretty &quot;old school&quot; when it comes to jobs and resumes.

Maybe the kinds of people you are looking for can be more easily found on some of the various social networking sites...  i.e.  ning and all its derivitive sites, facebook, linked-in, etc.
